轮胎用纤维骨架材料的发展

摘    要:骨架材料是制造轮胎的重要材料,其所起的作用是:保持轮胎形状和尺寸的稳定性,抗机械损伤和支承负荷;骨架材料应满足轮胎所需的耐疲劳、耐冲击、抗变形等性能要求;骨架材料还对轮胎的乘坐舒适性、噪音、高速性能、滞后性能、脱层和寿命有重要影响。笔者拟对轮胎用纤维骨架材料的现状、发展前景及其今后的研究课题作论述。

Abstract:Framework materials are the important materials for manufacturing tires.Its roles are to maintain tire shape,size stability,resistance to mechanical damage and supporting load.The framework materials must satisfy with fa- tigue resistance,resistance to impact,resistance to deformation for tires.The framework materials are also important ef- fect in comfortable ride,noise,high speed performance,hysteresis,ply separation and life time in tires.This paper de- scribes present situation,development prospect and the future study questions of fibre framework materials for tires.
