| 摘 要： | 以山东省济南市的某既有办公建筑节能改造工程为例,采用能效模拟软件PKPM对其改造前后的能耗情况进行了模拟分析,以此得出既有建筑经改造后的节能效果,并通过这种方法印证了应用于该栋既有公建改造工程中的节能措施是有效可行的,可为今后的既有建筑节能改造提供参考.

| Abstract: | Taking an existing office building in Jinan of Shandong province as an example,the effects of the energy efficiency is analyzed after retrofitting via simulating software PKPM on its energy consumption. And the measure adopted in this retrofitted building is proven with available effect,with references for energy efficiency of the existing buildings in future. |
