| 摘 要： | 运用快速安全的微波消解法处理皮革样品,然后采用阳极溶出伏安极谱法对皮革样品中的铅含量进行了测定。在草酸铵-氯化铵-盐酸缓冲溶液(pH为1.65)中加入样品溶液,富集时间为60 s,氮气脱氧时间为300 s,其测定的线性范围为:0.2～100μg/L,检测限为0.1μg/L,测得皮革铅中含量为0.979 mg/kg,相对标准偏差(n=8)为8.30%,回收率在94.3%～111.9%之间,说明伏安极谱法测定铅含量的方法操作简便、准确可行。
