| Abstract: | A series of waterborne polyurethanes with COOH content at 1.8% were synthesized from PPG2000 as soft segment and MDI-50 as hard segment,and the effects of R value(molar ratio of NCO/OH) on the appearance,viscosity,size of emulsion and mechanical properties of film were investigated respectively.Furthermore,plating release,anti-cutting performance,embossing/shaping performance and flexibility of synthetic leather coating made of these waterborne polyurethanes were also evaluated.The experimental results indi... |
