薄膜与新型固体电解质传感器

摘    要:本文介绍了固体电解质四型气体传感器的原理和特点,评述了薄膜和厚膜固体电解质材料及传感器件的发展现状,并且认为四型双固体电解质传感器因其无参比电极,不需密封最有希望发展为薄膜化的微型复合传感器。

Abstract:The principle and properties of IV-type-so lid electrolyte potentiometric gas sensors are introduced in the paper. The developement level of fabrication of thin-and thick film electrolyte materials and sensors is reviewed. It is thought that as type-IV sensor with both electrolytes need not use reference electrode and seal, the kind of sensor can easily be miniaturized and incorporated with other devices by thin-and thick film technology.
