摘    要:研究了PTC元件的温度系数及微观结构对PTC过流保护器的耐流特性的影响。指出在一定范围内通过改变工艺提高温度系数可提高限流PTC元件耐电流冲击性能;围绕提高产品合格率讨论了PTC元件耐冲击能力与微观结构的关系。

Abstract:Abstract The effects of temperature coefficient and microstructure on over-current withstanding characteristic of PTC over-current protector were studied. Experimental results indicate that the electronic characteristic can be increased with the raise of temperature coefficient by changing sintering procedure. The correlation between over-current withstanding a-bility and microstructure has been investigated.
