| 摘 要： | 利用快捷、可靠、免维护和相对廉价(并逐步降价)的公共有线网络来传输电能表信息，是未来电能表集抄发展的一大趋势，也是城市信息港计划中增值服务的重要组成部分。文中具体介绍了以宽带网为通信信道的电能表数据采集系统的原理、特点，MPLS VPN等IP技术在电能表数据采集系统中的应用，以及在保证安全性、多网互联等方面采取的措施。

| Abstract: | The authors think that using Internet to transmit kilowatt-hour meter data is the development trend in the future automatic meter reading system.It is also an important composition of the value-add service in the city information harbor plan.This paper introduces the principle and advantages of automatic meter reading system(AMR) based on the broadband network,and discusses how to use MPLS VPN to AMR system,how to ensure the safety of the AMR system and how to interconnect different kinds of network. |
