摘    要:激光透射连接以其快速、精确、柔性、较强环境适应性的局部连接和封装工艺,在工业、医学领域具有良好的应用前景。应用Dilas公司Compact130/140型半导体激光器对聚碳酸酯薄板进行了激光透射连接实验。使用响应曲面法进行实验设计,建立激光透射连接工艺参数的数学模型,并进行优化与分析。讨论了激光功率、激光扫描速度、模具压紧力、扫描次数等激光加工工艺参数对连接强度和接头连接区域宽度的交互影响趋势。结果表明,激光功率与激光扫描速度交互影响较大;增加激光功率,减小激光扫描速度,增加模具压紧力与扫描次数有利于提高连接质量。
