长联多跨悬浇连续宽箱梁施工监控技术研究

摘    要:长联多跨连续宽箱梁桥,由于跨数多,全桥施工需经过多次合龙。因此,在此类桥型在施工过程中,严格控制主梁线形(包括横向线形)则显得更为困难和重要。以某一联十八跨四线悬浇连续大断面箱梁桥为例,论述了长联多跨连续梁桥施工监控技术,阐述了挂篮变形合理取值及悬浇节段立模标高的确定原则,采用MIDAS CIVIL6.7.1软件建立有限元模型,模拟计算该桥施工全过程,并根据现场实测值不断修正计算参数,得到各节段施工预拱度,提供合理的悬浇立模标高,以确保成桥线形及内力与设计相符。
