In-Sn氧化物复合粉末在AgSnO2触头材料制备中的应用研究

摘    要:以纯度为99.99%的高纯金属In和Sn为原料,采用气化法制备In-Sn氧化物复合粉末;通过粉末冶金法制备AgSnO2(10)材料,并进行SEM显微组织观察和电性能实验。结果表明,采用In-Sn复合粉制备的AgSnO2(10)材料在交流载荷下,电寿命超过10万次,综合性能优异。

Abstract:In-Sn oxide compound powder was prepared by evaporating method with 99.99% Sn and In as raw material.AgSnO2(10) materials were prepared by powder metallurgy process.The surface morphologies was examined by SEM and the electrical contact life of AgSnO2(10) were experimented with alternating current.The results showed that the electrical contact life of AgSnO2(10) was beyond 100 000 of times,has excellet performance.
