Abstract:The topology optimization of space grid structures is challenging since there is chief difficulty in adding/deleting nodes and elements of a structure.The depiction of structural shape(shape grammar)is the key to structural synthesis,and the foundation of initial model for structural optimization.Thus,improved shape grammars for quadrihedron system space grid structures are proposed to refine the optimization process so as to reach its best state,as well as to accelerate structural optimization efficiency.T...
