| 摘 要： | 淮安博物馆为结构复杂的混凝土框架结构,双侧立面悬挑面积巨大,悬挑长度最大处接近10 m.对结构方案与布置进行探讨,使其不但建筑形态优美,而且满足结构受力要求.介绍了体型复杂、平立面均不规则结构的设计分析过程,对该结构在罕遇地震作用下进行弹塑性时程分析,提出了复杂且不规则框架结构的设计对策和方法,可供同类工程设计参考.
