汽车发动机气门弹簧用钢研究进展

摘    要: 气门弹簧是汽车发动机的重要元件,其对疲劳和稳定性能的要求非常苛刻。概述了气门弹簧用钢的化学成分、冶炼工艺等对提高弹簧性能的研究进展。着重介绍了硅、锰、铬、镍、钼、铌及钒等元素对气门弹簧用钢的强度、疲劳极限以及抗松弛性能的影响,同时对冶炼工艺中夹杂物控制技术以及弹簧钢表面处理技术的研究进展进行了系统归纳。

Abstract:As the key parts of automobile engine, valve springs are the most severe in required fatigue property and reliability of all steel products. The development of steel for automobile engine valve springs has been summarized based on the above requirements, especially the effects of alloying elements on the strength, durability, fatigue property and sag resistance of valve springs. The elements such as Si, Mn, Cr, Ni, Mo, Nb and V, which have made more contribution to the increase of strength and sag resistance of valve springs. At the same time, the developments of non metallic inclusions control and their effects on steel properties, and the surface treatment were also introduced systematically.
