铝合金箱体端板成形工艺设计及模具设计

摘    要:防锈铝合金板制作的箱体具有质量轻,耐腐蚀性好的优点,但其室温下低的伸长率给冲压产品、冲压工艺设计及模具制造和调试带来很多难题.针对一种小批量防锈铝合金箱体端板零件的产品特点和存在的工艺问题,通过深入的工艺分析,并结合CAE分析,设计出合理的拉延工序件及模具结构.经过反复调试,解决了成形过程中起皱、开裂等问题,并实现一套单工序模具完成两项工艺内容,生产出合格产品,提高了生产效率.

Abstract:It is lighter and more anticorrosive that a case is made of the sheet of anticorrosive aluminium alloy.There are many difficulties in the shape design,forming process of the product,manufacturing and debugging of stamping mould, because of low elongation rate at room temperature.In a small batch of a case end closure of anticorrosive aluminium alloy,according to the characteristics and existing problems of product shape,the reasonable drawing process and structure of the die were designed through in-depth analysis of the technology and CAE analysis.After many times of debugging, the problem such as crack or wrinkle,were solved during the forming process.Two kinds of forming technology were completed in a single procedure die.At last,the qualified products were obtained and the production efficiency was improved.
