摘    要:在十一集总反应动力学模型的基础上,通过引入辐射进料组成、操作压力、物料夹带、物料挥发、停留时间和温度变化等子模型,建立了延迟焦化装置的反应动力学模型。此模型能够预测不同操作工况下产品的分布情况,已经过延迟焦化装置的标定数据验证,并成功地应用于上海炼油厂0、50Mt/a延迟焦化装置物料平衡代化的开环指导和局线调化试验中。

Abstract:Based on the 11 lumped dynamic model of reaction and by introducing submodels of the compositionof feedstock in radiation section, operating pressure, material entrainment, material vaporization, residence time andtempendure variation etc, a dynandc model of reaction for delayed coking unit was established. With this model, theproduct distribution under different conditions can be predicted, The model has been proven in operation andsuccessfully applied in the open loop guidance and offline optihazation for material balance in the 0. 5 Mt/yrdelayed coking unit of Shanghai Refinery.
