锅炉汽包水位自抗扰控制的仿真研究

摘    要:应用先进的自抗扰控制技术(ADRC),提出锅炉汽包水位ADRC-P控制方案,即内回路采用P(比例)控制快速消除给水扰动,外回路采用ADRC控制。仿真研究结果表明,相对于常规的PI-P控制,ADRC-P控制具有良好的控制品质和强鲁棒性,不仅可有效地克服蒸汽流量的扰动和给水流量的扰动,而且在对象特性参数变化较大时仍能获得好的调节品质。

Abstract:Adopting advanced automatic disturbance rejection control(ADRC) technology,a ADRC-P control scheme of water level in boiler drum has been put forward,i.e.the internal loop adopts p(proportional) control,to rapidly eliminate the feed-water disturbance,while the external loop adopts ADRC control.The results of simulation study show that the ADRC-P control strategy has better control quality and stronger robust than that of conventional PI-P control strategy,not only can effectively overcome disturbances from flow rate of steam and feed-water,but also can obtain good regulating quality in case of bigger variation for characteristic parameters of the object.
