摘    要:研究了两种不同硅含量超高强度低合金钢在不同热处理下的力学性能,分析了硅对2200MPa级超高强度钢力学性能的影响。结果表明,试验钢经淬火及低温回火后得到板条马氏体、ε碳化物和少量残余奥氏体组织。碳的质量分数为0.5%能使钢的强度达到2200MPa。添加1.75%质量分数的硅使钢的强度提高约100MPa,其抗回火稳定性高,在270℃回火下其抗拉强度仍在2200MPa以上。

Abstract:Mechanical properties of two kinds of ultra-high strength low alloy clean steels with different silicon content under different heat treatment condition have been investigated.Effects of silicon content on mechanical properties of 2 200 MPa grade steels have been analyzed.It has been pointed out that the mixed microstructure comprising lath martensite,ε carbide and a little amount of retained austenite is obtained after quenched and tempered at low temperature.0.5% carbon addition can increase the tensile strength of steels to 2 200 MPa,1.75% silicon addition results in an increase of about 100 MPa in tensile strength,it can improve the stability of tempering and maintain 2 200 MPa at the tempering temperature of 270 ℃.
