可重构机床设计基本理论研究

摘    要:为了迅速响应市场/客户需求的频繁变化,机床必须具备可重构性,即对变化的需求能快速、经济地转换以重新配置的能力.文章从实现机床整个生命周期的可重构性角度出发,阐述了可重构机床设计的基本原理,在此基础上,提出了一种基于工艺规划和机床配置并行完成的可重构机床设计方法学,并分析了可重构机床设计过程中几个相互关联的子过程.最后,针对各子过程的实现,较为深入地探讨了其理论和方法,即设计可重构机床的几个关键使能技术.

Abstract:In order to fast response to the change of market or customs' demands, the machine tools must have the reconfigurability, namely, the ability of a machine tool that can be reconfigured to a new configuration to fast and economically accommodate the changed demands. So in this paper, With the view of realization the reconfigurebility over the machine tool life, the design principles of RMT are discussed. Upon it, a RMT design methodology based concurrency of process planning and machine configuring is proposed, and several associated child processes of the deign process are analyzed. At last, aim at realization those child processes, the theory and method of them is researched, namely, the key enabling technologies of the RMT design.
