| 摘 要： | 本文以产生单位掘起力所需转斗缸推力最小为优化目标，建立满足总体性能、运动学和动力学等要求的装载机Ｚ型反转连杆机构工作装置铰点位置优化模型并研制和开发了优化软件。在建立约束时引入的拆副松弛型计算法保证了数学模型的稳定性。

| Abstract: | Taken minimum thrust of bucket cylinder needed to produce unit breakout force as optimization objective, the optimization model and software for pivot points on Z type linkage of loader are created and developed to meet the requirement of overall performance, and kinematics and dynamics requirements. The relax-pair type calculation method introduced when constraints are set up assures the stability of mathematical model. |
