水泥助磨剂性能测定方法的试验研究

摘    要:研究了三种高效助磨剂对普通硅酸盐水泥性能的影响。结果表明:不同助磨剂对水泥颗粒的粒径分布、筛余、流动性,尤其是对粒径3~32μm颗粒的含量以及水泥各龄期强度都有不同的影响。而对由透气法测得的勃氏比表面积无明显影响。水泥助磨剂的性能可用磨制的水泥的颗粒组成、45μm筛余、流动性、强度来表征或评价。而勃氏比表面积不适宜用来表征助磨效果。同时对助磨剂作用微观机理也进行了探讨。

Abstract:The effect of three types of grinding aids on the performance of ordinary Portland cement was studied. The result showed that with different grinding aids the cement particle size distribution, sieve residues, fluidity of cement particles, especially the content of particles with size of 3-32μm and cement strength in each age would be varied considerably, while it had no obvious effect on specific surface area (Blaine method). The properties of cement grinding aids could be evaluated by cement particles composition, 45μm sieve residues and strength but excluding specific surface area (Blaine method). The micro-mechanism of function of grinding aids was also presented.
