钢筋混凝土桥碳纤维抗弯加固效果研究

摘    要:抗弯加固是目前碳纤维在桥梁加固上的主要应用形式。现行加固规范中,对桥梁的加固计算尚无专门规定。运用有限元方法,从桥梁横向分布系数、正常使用极限状态、承载能力极限状态、温度效应等几个方面,对加固效果进行分析。分析结果表明,碳纤维加固后,桥梁的横向分布、正常使用极限状态、承载能力极限状态都有了明显的改善。在按照规范进行设计、施工的前提下,温度效应对混凝土与碳纤维的界面及碳纤维布正截面受力性能有一定的不利影响,但不足以影响加固效果。

Abstract:Carbon fibers are currently used to strengthen the bridge against bending while the calculation for bridge strengthening is not specified in current specifications. With the finite element method, analysis is made of the effect of streng- thening from aspects like the transverse distribution parameters, the extreme status in normal service and the extreme status of bearing capacity of the bridge and the effect of temperature, and the result shows remarkable improvement thereon. Tempera- ture is of some negative impact on the bearing capacity at the interface of concrete and carbon fiber and the normal section of the carbon fiber textile.
