| 摘 要： | 公共工程项目主要涉及公共基础设施等与人民群众切身利益息息相关的领域.因此,建立完善的公共工程项目的投资决策机制,是现代民主政府＂以人为本＂全面推进法治建设的一个必然结构.本文介绍了公共工程投资决策阶段中存在的一些问题,并对其产生原因进行了分析,提出了完善公共工程投资决策机制的几点建议,旨在保证公共工程的投资合理性.

| Abstract: | Public engineering projects mainly involve public infrastructures and fields that are closely related to the vital interests of people crowd.Therefore,establishing a thorough investment decision-making mechanism of public engineering project is a necessary part of the modern democratic government＇s promotion of legal construction through people oriented.The paper introduced some problems that existed in phases of investment decision-making of public engineering project and analyzed the reasons;proposed some suggestions to improve investment decision-making mechanism of public engineering project in that it could make sure the rationality of public engineering investment. |
