粮仓温度实时监测系统设计

摘    要:粮食在仓储过程中,对其内的温度进行监控是防止其霉烂、变质的基本措施之一.为了实时监测粮仓室内温度,设计了一种基于AT89 C51单片机的温度监测系统.使用AD590作为温度传感器对粮仓内温度进行监测,实时显示温度.系统对温度的控制合理、有效,具有调试方便、精度高和可靠性好等优点,解决了传统人工测量粮仓温度效率低下的问题.

Abstract:In the grain storage process,temperature in inside granary is monitored in order to prevent from mildew deterioration.In order to real-time monitor temperature of granary temperature monitoring system is designed based on AT89C51 microcontroller.The temperature sensor of AD590 is used to monitoring temperature of the granary.The temperature can be displayed real-time.Temperature is controlled reasonably and effectively.The system is debugged conveniently.The system has virtues of high accuracy and reliability.The designed system in the paper can solve the inefficient problem of the traditional manual measurement granary temperature.
