摘    要:采用托马斯镶嵌块试样和中子测量管与封头堆焊层的实样进行焊接试验,比较了空冷、水冷和-40℃干冰酒精冷却条件下焊接对焊缝微裂纹的影响。结果表明焊缝的高速冷却有利于镍基合金焊缝热裂纹的减少。

Abstract:Welding tests were made by using Tomas mosaic block samples and actural samples taken from bead welding layers between newtron measuring tube and dome of a pressure hull in a nuclear power station. The weld cracks under different cooling conditons are compared, including air cooling, water cooling and dry ice cooling at -40℃. The results show that a higher cooling rate for a weld is benifit for the decrease of hot cracks in Ni base alloy welds.
