电池用二氧化锰的生产方法与研究进展

摘    要:综述了电池用天然放电锰粉(NMD)、电解二氧化锰(EMD)和化学二氧化锰(CMD)的制造方法、机理和研究进展,对工艺过程和工序要求作了较详细地介绍,分析了各种制造方法的利与弊;指出无论使用何种方法制备电池用二氧化锰必须考虑经济、晶型、视密度等因素。

Abstract:The mechanism and research progress of the manufacturing method of NMD,EMD and CMD(AMD) used for battery are all reviewed.Technical process and procedure demand are detailed to report on them.Different advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of manufacturing methods are analyzed and all factors effected on the electrochemical activation of MnO2 are pointed out.The author points out whatever ways we use in preparation battery with manganese dioxide,we should consider the factors of economy,crystal,apparent...
