摘    要:通过国内最厚的2.25Cr-1Mo-0.25V钢制板焊式加氢反应器的制造,阐述2.25Cr-1Mo-0.25V钢厚钢板性能、厚壁筒节的成形及焊接、热处理等工艺过程,从而扩大了我国板焊式压力容器的壁厚界限,也为类似产品的设计选型提供了借鉴。

Abstract:This article based on fabrication process of the plate- welding type hydro- reactor made of 2.25Cr - 1Mo- 0.2.5V steel, and the integration mechanic properties of heavy thickness 2.25Cr- 1Mo- 0.25V steel plate was analyzed. The feasibility of using steel plate to fabricate the hydro - reactor was verified in the end.
