利用聚合液相热媒加热纺丝联苯技术的工程实现

论述了熔体直纺纺丝过程循环加热系统和实现方法。研究利用直纺聚合一次热媒较高温度液相热媒,通过新型热媒蒸发器加热用于纺丝箱体循环及熔体管道输送的气相热媒,从而达到纺丝工艺要求温度的技术,并对该技术的计算方法和工程实现方式以及控制工艺进行了探讨。

Technique project implementation of using polymerization liqiud heat medium to heat spinning biphenyl

The spinning process circulation heating system and its implementation method of melt direct spinning was discussed. By using the higher temperature liquid heat medium of direct spinning polymerization one step heat medium, through the new heat medium generator to heat the gas heat medium used for spinning manifold circulation and melt pipeline transportation. The required temperature of the spinning technology was achieved. The calculation method, oroiect imolementation method and control process of the technique was discussed.
