摘    要:用溶胶-凝胶法制备了一系列Cu-Cr-Mo-La/ SiO2稀土复合加氢催化剂,通过TPR、XRD、TG技术对其进行了表征,并在一定条件下对其催化活性进行了评价.结果表明,在Cu/SiO2催化剂中引入Cr、Mo和稀土La氧化物使催化剂中CuO晶粒变小、分散性变大,提高了催化剂的稳定性及抗结焦能力.Cu-Cr-Mo-La/ SiO2稀土复合加氢催化剂对硝基苯加氢制苯胺具有非常高的选择性和较高的转化率.

Abstract:The rare earth composite hydrogenation catalyst Cu-Cr-Mo-La/ SiO_(2) was prepared by the sol-gel process,and was used in gas-phase hydrogenation of nitrobenzene to aniline.The results showed Cu-Cr-Mo-La/ SiO_(2)catalyst exhibited higher activity and better selectivity for aniline.The relationship between the catalytic activity and nature of the active sites was discussed based on various characterizations including XRD,TPR,TG,ect.Adding Cr,Mo,La into Cu/SiO_(2) catalyst could make CuO grain own smaller size and disperse better,which enhanced the stability and anticoking ability of the catalyst.
