| 摘 要： | 科技园区是我国社会经济新的增长载体,对城市和区域经济发展起着重要的作用.该文分析研究了科技园区的特点、选址的原则、选址的影响条件,总结科技园区选址的评定及比选的依据.意在通过对科技园区选址的讨论,进而优化科技园区的园址选择,降低建园成本,提高园区运行效率,促进我国科技园区规划向着更科学和更合理的方向发展.
