钢外护管高温蒸汽真空保温管道热力计算分析

摘    要:研究钢外护管高温蒸汽真空保温管道(下文简称真空保温管道)保温材料层、真空层传热机理和合理热力计算方法,是优化其保温结构并提高其保温性能的关键.进行了真空保温管道热工性能实验,并应用稀薄气体分子热运动理论,研究了真空保温管道的保温材料层和真空层传热机理,提出了不同钢外护管和工作钢管尺寸、真空层压力、热媒温度下的真空保温管道的当量导热系数和换热量计算方法,采用该方法的计算结果与实验值对比,最大偏差8.6%,最小偏差0.5%,计算结果说明该方法正确.计算真空层压力处于中、低真空下的真空保温管道的换热时不应忽略真空层中的对流换热.为获得满意的保温效果,应将真空层绝对压力控制在2 kPa以下.
