摘    要:在试验研究的基础上,研制出适用于油田含油污水处理的组合工艺:净化部分采用超声化学、电化学和连续自动反洗砂滤组合技术;降解有机物、降化学耗氧量(简称COD)采用电化学、臭氧、超声化学组合技术。将电化学-超声化学技术用于中国石化胜利油田有限公司含油污水的处理,结果表明经处理后水质达到油田回注水标准和一级排放标准。根据运行成本分析,回注运行成本降到 0.3元/t水,外排运行成本降到0.6元/t水,具有较好的社会与经济效益。

Abstract:Combination processes have been developed for oil field oily waste water treatment, i.e. ultrasonic-chemical, electro-chemical and continuous back flush sand filtration combination process for purification, and electro-chemical, ozone and ultrasonic-chemical combination process for organic compounds degradation and COD reduction. After commercial application of electrochemical-ultrasonic-chemical combination process in the oily waste water treatment in SINOPEC Shengli Oil Field, the treated discharge water has met the Class I specifications as well as recovered water specifications. The operation cost of recovered water is reduced to 0.3 Yuan per ton of water and that of discharge water to 0.6 Yuan. The social and economical benefits are significant.
