| Abstract: | A new novel design of charge pump circuit which can overcome the leakage current and charge /discharge current mismatches is presented and simulated.It is composed of a pair of symmetric pump circuits and a wide -swing current mirror circuit.The new charge pump circuit has wide output and no jump phenomenon. |
