| 摘 要： | 通过建立效质评价模型，针对我国目前票据管理系统的现存结构进行分析，论证了市场经济体制下与计划经济体制下对票据管理系统的不同要求，从而对我国在市场经济体制下票据管理工作的完善作出有益的探讨。

| Abstract: | This thesis discusses and analyses the different note management system's structures, and demonstrates the differrent requirements to the structures on the condition of the market economy and planning economy by setting the evaluation mode of quality. It proved that it is useful to adapt our country's note management to the condition of market economy. |
