| 摘 要： | 依据尺寸链原理,针对自行设计的螺旋移动装置的实际需要,以满足装配要求为出发点,对装置中单个零件尺寸精度与整个装置装配精度之间的关系进行了分析、计算,并给出了与装配精度有关的各零件的尺寸精度,既保证了装配精度.同时保证了各零件的加工质量和加工经济性.

| Abstract: | According to dimension chain principle,to start with satisfying the requirement of assembling,the relation between the dimensional accuracy of single part and the assembly accuracy of the whole mechanism is analyzed and calculated against the actual requirement of self designing screw traveling mechanism.And the dimensional accuracy of each part is arrived which can ensure the assembly accuracy,and the processing quality and economy can be ensured simultaneously. |
