我国硝铵的生产现状、技术水平及发展趋势

摘    要:叙述了我国硝铵工业的生产现状,对我国硝铵生产所采用的常压中和工艺、管式反应器工艺和加压中和工艺分别作了介绍并加以评述,指出今后常压中和工艺将受限制,管式反应器工艺和加压中和工艺是硝铵的发展方向,同时硝铵改性生产硝基复合肥和硝铵锌是硝铵农用的方向。

Abstract:The current situation of ammonium nitrate industry in China is reviewed in this paper, followed by introduction and comment on the processes employed in ammonium nitrate production units in China, such as ambient neutral process, tubular reactor process and pressurized neutral process. It suggests that ambient neutral process would be limited for developing, tubular reactor process and pressured neutral process are more suitable. So developing nitre-based NPK compound fertilizer and zinc ammonium nitrate by modified ammonium nitrate have a good prospect for agricultural use.
