| 摘 要： | RED算法较好解决了TCP拥塞控制中延迟和长期拥塞问题，但RED算法对参数的设置很敏感，不同的参数设置对RED的性能影响很大。文章就参数的设置提高了RED算法的性能，克服它的一些缺点进行了探讨和研究。
