Abstract: | The effect of temperature on correlations in the Knudsen layer under conditions of strong subsonic condensation of a polyatomic gas is investigated. The method of moments is used to demonstrate that the dependence of pressure outside of the Knudsen layer on the flow temperature at a fixed value of the Mach number has a maximum.
