乙烯基酯树脂基碳纤维连续抽油杆的研制

摘    要:研制的碳纤维连续抽油杆以乙烯基酯树脂为基体 ,碳纤维为增强体 ,采用拉挤成型工艺 ,杆体截面尺寸有 3 0×3、 3 2× 4 2和 3 5mm× 5mm 3种规格。对碳纤维连续抽油杆的力学性能和耐温性能的分析测试表明 ,其拉伸强度达到 2 0 0 0MPa,层间剪切强度 64MPa,材料的玻璃化转变温度Tg 为 1 3 8 6℃ ,杆体经 1 0 7次动态疲劳试验后强度保留率仍有 90 %。现场采油试验表明 ,碳纤维连续抽油杆比钢制抽油杆节能 3 0 %~ 5 0 %。

Abstract:Carbon fiber reinforced vinyl ester resin composites were fabricated by pultrusi on process, and tehn applied to oil industry as continuous sucker rods. The stat ic mechanical properties and dynamic fatigue properties of the composites were s tudied. Dynamic mechanical analysis was made to investigate the heat resistance of the composites. Scanning electrical microscope was applied to observe the mor phology of tensile fracture. The results showed that the tensile strength of the composites was up to 2,000 MPa and still remained 90% after 107 times of dynami c fatigue test, indicating superior fatigue resistance. This kind of composites have ideal interface adhesion with ILSS of 64 Mpa and good heat resistance with a glass transition temperature of 138.6 ℃. Compared with the steel sucker rods, this kind of composites sucker rods have saved energy by 30%~50% and improved p ump efficiency by 30% when used in oil production.
