低压组合床催化重整装置的设计及考核

摘    要:介绍了中国石化股份公司长岭分公司 0 .15Mt a固定床重整改造为 0 .5 0Mt a低压组合床重整装置的设计及投产标定情况 ,重点介绍了重整催化剂连续再生技术的设计特点。预处理采用预加氢加汽提塔 ;预加氢反应器入口压力 2 .2MPa ,重整前部反应器采用半再生固定床重整工艺 ,后部反应器采用移动床连续重整工艺 ;催化剂再生采用“干冷”循环流程。标定结果表明 :脱戊烷油质量收率 82 .62 % ,辛烷值RON 10 0 .8,能耗 35 64 .9MJ t

Abstract:Design and evaluation of the 11 630 b/d low pressure combination bed reforming unit which was from revamping a 3 489 b/d fixed bed reforming unit in Changling Company,China Petroleum and Chemical Corporation were introduced,especially design characteristics of continuous regeneration of reforming catalyst.Following technologies were adopted in design of the unit, prehydrotreating plus stripping tower for pretreatment,a lower pressure of 2.2 MPa at inlet of the prehydrotreating reactor,fixed bed reforming with catalyst semi regeneration for forepart of the reformer and moving bed reforming with continuous catalyst regeneration for the back, "dry cold" recycle process for catalyst regeneration system.The evaluation results showed that the yield of depentanized oil is 82.62%,the octane number ( RON ) is 100.8 and the energy consumption of the unit is 3 564.9 MJ/t.
