摘    要:针对目前国内芯棒镀铬设备电能利用效率较低问题,研制了一种新的导电装置——阴极夹钳,改变了导电方式,提高了电能的利用率,改善了镀铬的质量。介绍了新研制的阴极夹钳的工作原理、基本结构和设备特点。

Abstract:According to presently utilization efficiency of electric energy is lower on interior mandrel chrome plating equipment,a new kind of electric installation——cathode clamp was developed.This clamp can change electric conduction way and enhane utilization efficiency of electric energy and improve chrome plating quality.The operational principle,basic structure and unit features of cathode clamp are introduced.
