1-苄基-4-哌啶酮的合成研究

摘    要:以苄胺和丙烯酸甲酯为原料,依次经过加成、狄克曼缩合及水解脱羧反应,简捷、高效地合成了1-苄基-4-哌啶酮。分别对原料配比、合成过程等方面进行了改进,同现有文献相比,不仅总产率由原来的65%提高到75.3%,而且还简化了合成工艺,节省了原料和成本,更适合于大规模生产。元素分析、红外光谱、核磁氢谱分析结果表明,产物具有很高的纯度。

Abstract:1-Benzyl-4-piperidone was synthesized with benzylamine and methyl acrylate as raw materials via a series of 1,4-addition, Dieckmann condensation and hydrolysis decarboxylafion reactions. The proportion of materials and the synthetic condition were optimized. The total yield was increased from 65% to 75.3%. The product was characterized by elemental analysis, IR and ()~1H NMR.
