| 摘 要： | 使用RENISHAW显微共焦拉曼光谱仪检测了24 例乳腺肿瘤组织病理片的拉曼光谱。通过对浸润性导管癌、乳腺增生、纤维腺瘤等乳腺疾病的拉曼光谱分析,找出了不同乳腺疾病的病理片拉曼光谱的差异,这些差异可作为各类乳腺肿瘤病理片拉曼光谱的特征,为应用拉曼光谱进行乳腺疾病诊断提供依据。

| Abstract: | The laman spectrum for 24 examples pathology piece of galactophore tumour were tested by the RENISHAWlaman spectrum equipment. The difference of laman spectrum for different galactophore morbid pathology piece was found by analysing. These difference may be the character of different galactophore tumour pathology piece. These provide the gists for diagnosis of galactophore morbid. |
