| 摘 要： | 目前在电能计量和收费当中使用最多是的是机械表和电子式电能表,这些电能表只能完成计量功能而不能完成分时付费功能,随着科学技术与国民经济的发展,对分时付费功能的需求越来越多,针对这种情况研发出了一种能够按照时段进行分时付费的电子式电能表,克服了现有电能计量中存在的不能分时付费的问题,可以满足电能表用户和供电部门的需求.

| Abstract: | Now the mecanical and electrical Watt - hour is greatly used, and these meters not only can relize the measure functions, but also can finish the funciton of charging by time. With the development of our country, the meters are needed to charge by time. The watt - hour is designed to charge by time. The watt - hour satisfies the need of the user and manager. |
