摘    要:针对目前监测类型繁多、通信规范及数据接口不统一、监测系统孤立运行的问题,通过优化通信数据网络结构,研究兼容性的通信格式规范及其信息模型。在遵循和扩展IEC61850通信标准的基础上,通过研究满足变电站监测数据传输功能需求的通信技术,将各类在线监测数据由现场的在线监测综合处理单元远传至主站平台中,实现数据归集和逻辑处理。目前该通信技术已经在500 kV玉林变电站部署实现,达到监测数据远传与同步的可靠性、规范性要求;同时具备良好的可维护性和可扩展性。

Abstract:The present monitoring types, communication norms and data interfaces are not unified, and the monitoring system are not interconnected, by optimizing the data communication network structure, the compatible communication format specifications and in- formation model are studied. Based on the IEC 61850 standard and its expansion, the communication technologies matching the re- quirements of monitoring data transmission at substations are researched, online monitoring data are transferred from remote online monitoring and processing unit to the main station platform, thus all data can be accumulated and logically processed. The communica- tion technology has been deployed in the 500 kV Yulin substation, reliable and unified monitoring data transmission and synchroniza- tion are achieved, and the system is under good maintainability and scalability.
