摘    要:三维电网走廊是智能数字电网的基础,通过LiDAR(light detection and ranging)系统可以快速获取带状的电网走廊数字高程模型DEM和数字正射影像DOM,但所得的走廊数据宽度有限,不利于电网数据的管理。提出了一种基于全球航天飞机雷达测图计划SRTM(shuttle radar topography mission)背景数据与LiDAR高分辨走廊数据融合构建大范围三维电网走廊地理环境的方法。首先分析了SRTM数据与LiDAR走廊DEM数据融合存在的问题,其次提出了二者融合的处理流程和平滑方法,最后对南方某省电网的高精度LiDAR走廊数据和SRTM背景数据进行融合实验分析。结果表明,走廊高程平滑精度可达1 m以内,平滑处理后的电网走廊数据很好地融入了SRTM数据中。

Abstract:The three dimensional (3D) power grid corridor is a foundation of the intelligent digital power grid, and for a banding grid the LiDAR system can quickly obtain DEM and DOM of its corridor, but the corridor data obtained in this way have widths not e- nough for effective management of the power grid. In this paper, a method of constructing large-scale 3D power grid corridor geo- graphic environment is proposed based on the integration of global background SRTM data and LiDAR high-resolution corridor data. Firstly, the problems of integrating SRTM and LiDAR corridor DEM are analyzed. Then an integration process flowchart and smoothing method are presented. Finally, an experiment to integrate the high-precision LiDAR corridor data and SRTM background data of certain southern province power grid is designed and carried out. The experiment results show that the corridor elevation smoot- hing precision is within 1 m, and the smoothed corridor data can integrate well into the SRTM data.
