摘    要:针对南方电网超高压运行维护自动化系统分散、孤立的现状,对该系统升级改造进行了设计与研究。采用统一的基础平台和上层应用平台相对分离的建设模式,对系统架构、系统集成与整合、系统应用功能、系统安全分区等进行了详细的设计,研究了该系统与南网其他系统的联接关系,总结了系统技术特点,为超高压输电公司统一数据中心、全景信息监控中心、智能分析中心和应急指挥中心的建设提供了有益的参考,对各级电网公司自动化应用系统升级改造的设计工作具有借鉴意义。

Abstract:In order to solve the scattered and isolated status of operation and maintenance automation system of China Southern Grid Extra High Voltage (CSG EHV) Power Transmission Company, The author designs and studies this system for its upgrade and re- form. Through separating the unified basic platform from the upper layer application platform, system architecture, system integration, system application function, system security division and etc are designed in detail, and the connection relationship between this sys- tem and other systems of CSG. in the end, the system technical feature is summarized. Beneficial reference is provided for EHV uni- fied data center, panoramic information monitoring center, intelligent analysis center and construction of emergency command center, which has significant reference for the design of different subcompany of CSG automatic application system upgrading and reforming.
