考虑温度应力的深厚表土层井壁破裂分析

摘    要:为了分析各荷载对造成深厚表土层立井井壁破裂的竖向应力的影响,对作用于井壁上的温度效应、自重、水平侧压力和竖向附加力在井壁内产生的竖向应力分量进行分析。分析表明,竖向附加应力和温度应力是造成井壁破裂的重要因素。进一步的分析表明,井壁内温度应力竖向分量随井壁内、外温度差增大而增大;随井壁厚度的增大,井壁内竖向附加应力明显减小,而温度应力则无明显变化。

RUPTURE ANALYSIS OF SHAFT LINING IN THE DEEP ALLUVIUM CONSIDERING THE THERMAL STRESS
Abstract:In order to analyze the influence of vertical stress of various loads that caused the rupture of vertical shaft wall in the deep alluvium,the vertical stress components in the shaft wall were analyzed,which were produced by the thermal effect,self-weight,level lateral pressure and vertical additional stress.It was shown that the vertical additional stress and thermal stress playped important roles to lead in the rupture of shaft.It was also shown that the vertical components of thermal stress became larger with increases of internal and external wall temperature difference.And with the increase of wall thickness,the vertical additional stress had a sharp decrease,while thermal stress no significant changes.
