| 摘 要： | 针对应用软件能力成熟度模型／能力成熟度模型集成（Capability Maturity Model for Software／Capability Maturity Model Integration，CMM／CMMI）模型时，难以用人工统计分析方法进行软件过程管理的问题，开发基于SOA的软件过程管理系统（Software Process Management System，SPMS）。分析其必要性和可行性，结合面向服务的软件体系结构和CMM／CMMI模型，对总体架构、服务和数据库进行设计，并采用工作流技术和MVC架构实现了系统服务。实践证明，该系统有助于软件组织在研发过程中进行数据采集、数据存储、数据分析，提高决策分析的效率。
