摘    要:冰晶石作为电解铝的生产原料其质量备受企业关注。本文采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定冰晶石中的Ca、K、Na、Mn、Fe、Li、Mg、Ni、Ti九种元素含量。称取0.2000 g已干燥过筛的冰晶石试样于铂皿中,加入高氯酸在高温条件下加热冒烟后再加入盐酸酸化至盐类完全溶解,试液用蠕动泵引入已选好最佳测试条件的全谱直读光谱仪中进行测试。方法针对基体匹配与否进行条件试验,发现基体无干扰;利用仪器背景校正功能扣除共存元素间谱线重叠产生的光谱干扰;各元素加标回收率均在95%以上;方法测试值与X荧光定值的冰晶石标样值相符;方法快速、准确可靠,满足工业生产中冰晶石的元素含量测定要求。

Abstract:The quality of cryolite,as the raw material for aluminum electrolysis,attracts much attention from enterprises.In this paper,the content of Ca,K,Na,Mn,Fe,Li,Mg,Ni and Ti in cryolite was determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES).The 0.200 g dried and sifted cryolite samples were weighed in platinum dishes,which was added by perchloric acid and heated with smoke at high temperature,then hydrochloric acid was added until the salts were completely dissolved,and the test solution was introduced by peristaltic pump into the full-spectrum direct-reading spectrometer under the best test conditions to test.The condition test of matrix matching was conducted,and it was found that there was no matrix interference;the spectral interference caused by overlapping of spectral lines between coexisting elements was deducted by using the background correction function of the instrument;the recovery rate of each element was above 95%;the test value of the method was consistent with the standard sample value of cryolite determined by X-ray fluorescence.The method was fast,accurate and reliable,and met the requirements of element content determination of cryolite in industrial production.
