| Abstract: | There is a rotary speed reducer for the double-arm mandrel at the collecting station of high-speed wire rod mill. In the production, troubles come to the reducer, such as case cracking, bearing and gear tooth damage, etc.. This article presents the working principle of the reducer, analyzes the fault causes and puts forwards the measures for improvement. |
